HEALHQ STUDIO – Terms and Conditions<\/p>

These Terms and Conditions are our standard terms which apply to the services we provide to you (known<\/p>

as the “Services”), by us, HEALHQ Studio (trading name of Jonathan Gunton) whose business address is<\/p>

17 Bushy Park, Totterdown, Bristol, BS4 2EG (known as the “Studio”, also referred to as us\/we\/our).<\/p>

Important Notice: Your attention is particularly drawn to Sections 1.3-1.5 (Scope of Services, No<\/p>

Guarantees, and Client Responsibility) and Section 12 (Liability), which contain important exclusions and<\/p>

limitations of our liability and clarify that our Services do not constitute medical treatment.<\/p>

Contract Formation: A contract is formed between us when: (i) you sign these Terms and Conditions; (ii)<\/p>

we confirm your first appointment or you complete purchase of a digital product; and (iii) where applicable,<\/p>

payment is received.<\/p>

Please read through the entire document carefully before signing to indicate your acknowledgement and<\/p>

acceptance. If you have any questions on any part of this document, please do not hesitate to ask before<\/p>

signing.<\/p>

1 Services<\/p>

1.1 Professional Registration and Qualifications. The Studio is operated by Jonathan Gunton, who<\/p>

is a registered member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR). The GHR is a professional<\/p>

body that maintains standards of practice and ethical conduct for hypnotherapy practitioners in<\/p>

the UK. Details of our registration and professional standards can be provided upon request.<\/p>

1.2 Services Provided. The Services we provide include:<\/p>

1:1 Transformational Sessions<\/p>

Individual sessions delivered online or in person incorporating hypnotherapy principles, guided<\/p>

visualisation, subconscious belief re-patterning, emotional processing, structured dialogue,<\/p>

breathwork, and sound-based therapeutic audio. Sessions may include the creation of<\/p>

personalised audio recordings for client use between sessions.<\/p>

90-Day Reset Transformation Programme<\/p>

A structured three-month programme combining:<\/p>

\u2022 Live 1:1 sessions<\/p>

\u2022 Custom transformational recordings<\/p>

\u2022 Integration exercises<\/p>

\u2022 Ongoing accountability and support<\/p>

This programme is designed to support sustained personal development and behavioural change.<\/p>

Digital Audio Products<\/p>

Pre-recorded audio products sold digitally, including sleep recordings, relaxation tracks, and<\/p>

mindset-focused recordings. These are self-guided personal development tools and do not<\/p>

constitute personalised therapy or medical treatment.<\/p>

1.3 Scope of Services. The work may include techniques intended to reduce stress activation,<\/p>

promote emotional balance and support the regulation of the nervous system. The Studio operates<\/p>

in the field of personal development, coaching, wellbeing support, and educational selfimprovement<\/p>

and does not diagnose or treat nervous system disorders, trauma disorders, mental<\/p>

health conditions, or any medical conditions.<\/p>

1.4 No Guarantees. While we are committed to providing professional, ethical care and support, we<\/p>

cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Personal transformation is a collaborative<\/p>

process, and outcomes vary between individuals. Your engagement, commitment, and individual<\/p>

circumstances all play a significant role in your results.<\/p>

1.5 Client Responsibility. You remain responsible for your own health and for seeking appropriate<\/p>

medical or mental health care where required. Our Services complement but do not replace<\/p>

professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.<\/p>

1.6 Duration and Termination. The duration of work varies depending on individual needs and goals.<\/p>

We will regularly review progress with you. Either party may end the relationship at any time. We<\/p>

recommend providing two weeks’ notice where possible to allow for appropriate closure.<\/p>

1.7 Termination for Misconduct. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services without refund<\/p>

where a client attends sessions under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs, behaves<\/p>

in an abusive, threatening, aggressive, or inappropriate manner, or breaches professional<\/p>

boundaries.<\/p>

2 Suitability and Contraindications<\/p>

2.1 Initial Consultations & Client Suitability. We oaer a free consultation prior to commencing the<\/p>

Services. Please note that free consultations are exploratory only and do not constitute therapy or<\/p>

treatment, nor do they guarantee we will commence the Services. During this free consultation we<\/p>

will conduct a suitability assessment to ensure our Services are appropriate for your needs. This<\/p>

assessment helps ensure your safety and the eaectiveness of the work.<\/p>

2.2 Contraindications for Hypnotherapy and Transformational Work. Our Services may not be<\/p>

suitable, or may require medical clearance, if you have any of the following conditions:<\/p>

Absolute Contraindications (Services not suitable):<\/p>

\u2022 Active psychosis or schizophrenia<\/p>

\u2022 Severe personality disorders<\/p>

\u2022 Active suicidal ideation or intent<\/p>

\u2022 Recent hospitalisation for psychiatric crisis<\/p>

\u2022 Acute manic or psychotic episode<\/p>

\u2022 Dissociative identity disorder (DID\/multiple personality disorder)<\/p>

\u2022 Severe clinical depression requiring psychiatric intervention<\/p>

Relative Contraindications (require medical clearance or specialist assessment):<\/p>

\u2022 Epilepsy or seizure disorders<\/p>

\u2022 Heart conditions or recent cardiac events<\/p>

\u2022 Current treatment for any psychiatric condition<\/p>

\u2022 Current or recent treatment for trauma-related disorders (PTSD, complex PTSD)<\/p>

\u2022 Bipolar disorder<\/p>

\u2022 Borderline personality disorder or other personality disorders<\/p>

\u2022 Recent bereavement or acute grief<\/p>

\u2022 Ongoing substance abuse or addiction<\/p>

\u2022 Current pregnancy (for certain techniques)<\/p>

3<\/p>

\u2022 Any condition requiring ongoing psychiatric medication<\/p>

2.3 Your Responsibility to Disclose. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical,<\/p>

psychiatric, or psychological history during your suitability assessment and throughout our work<\/p>

together. This includes:<\/p>

\u2022 Any current or past mental health diagnoses<\/p>

\u2022 Any medications you are taking (particularly psychiatric medications)<\/p>

\u2022 Any recent or ongoing medical treatment<\/p>

\u2022 Any significant life stressors or traumatic events<\/p>

\u2022 Any other factors that may aaect your suitability for hypnotherapy or transformational work<\/p>

Failure to disclose relevant information may aVect the safety and suitability of the Services<\/p>

and may result in termination of Services.<\/p>

2.4 Medical and Psychiatric Care. If you are currently under the care of a GP, psychiatrist, psychologist,<\/p>

or other healthcare professional for any mental health or medical condition, you must inform them<\/p>

that you are seeking hypnotherapy\/transformational Services and, where appropriate, obtain their<\/p>

approval before commencing work with us.<\/p>

2.5 Ongoing Suitability. We reserve the right to reassess your suitability for Services at any time. If<\/p>

circumstances change or concerns arise about your wellbeing or the suitability of our Services for<\/p>

your needs, we may pause or terminate Services and provide appropriate referrals.<\/p>

2.6 Age Restriction. Our Services are available to clients aged 18 years and over only. We do not provide<\/p>

Services to minors.<\/p>

3 Sessions<\/p>

3.1 Session Length. The standard session length is approximately 2 hours unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

3.2 Late Arrival. If you know you are going to be late for a session, you should contact us to tell us. If<\/p>

you arrive later than 15 minutes after a session time, we will try to provide the Services you have<\/p>

booked but if we decide that we cannot, the session will be treated as cancelled without notice by<\/p>

you and you may be charged (See Cancellations below). This is the case no matter whether the<\/p>

session is for a face-to-face or online session.<\/p>

3.3 Session Format. Sessions may be provided in-person at our business address or via online via video<\/p>

call, as agreed with you at the time of booking.<\/p>

3.4 What You Need. For online sessions, you will need a device with internet connection, camera, and<\/p>

microphone, and a private, quiet space where you can speak freely. For in-person sessions, please<\/p>

arrive at the address provided in your booking confirmation.<\/p>

3.5 Health and Safety. When attending in-person sessions, you must follow any reasonable safety<\/p>

instructions we provide and inform us in advance of any access needs or mobility requirements. We<\/p>

maintain appropriate health and safety standards and public liability insurance. You must not attend<\/p>

if you are unwell with symptoms of infectious illness. We reserve the right to refuse access or<\/p>

terminate a session if there is a health and safety risk.<\/p>

3.6 What to Expect. Each session will typically include discussion, therapeutic techniques as<\/p>

described in clause 1.2, and may include the creation of personalised audio recordings for your use<\/p>

between sessions.<\/p>

4<\/p>

3.7 Corporate and OV-Site Sessions. We may provide group sessions, workshops, or individual<\/p>

sessions at corporate clients’ premises or other third-party locations by agreement. When sessions<\/p>

are delivered at a corporate client’s premises or other third-party location:<\/p>

\u2022 You acknowledge that we are visitors to the premises and are not responsible for the health and<\/p>

safety standards, security, or accessibility of the third-party location<\/p>

\u2022 The host organisation is responsible for ensuring their premises comply with health and safety<\/p>

legislation and have appropriate public liability insurance<\/p>

\u2022 Participants must follow the host organisation’s security, access, and health and safety<\/p>

procedures while on their premises<\/p>

\u2022 We reserve the right to cancel or relocate a session if the venue provided is unsuitable or poses<\/p>

a health and safety risk<\/p>

\u2022 Our professional indemnity insurance remains in eaect, but we are not liable for any accidents,<\/p>

injuries, or losses arising from the condition or safety of the third-party premises<\/p>

\u2022 For corporate group sessions, additional terms may apply as set out in a separate corporate<\/p>

services agreement.<\/p>

4 Fees & Payment<\/p>

4.1 Pricing. Our pricing structure is as follows:<\/p>

\u2022 1:1 Transformational Sessions: \u00a3297 per session. If more sessions are required, we can<\/p>

negotiate pricing according to what is needed.<\/p>

\u2022 90-Day Reset Transformation Programme: \u00a31,997<\/p>

\u2022 Digital Audio Products: \u00a327 per product<\/p>

4.2 Price Increases. We may alter our prices without prior notice. Increases made between the time<\/p>

when you book a session and the date of the session will not apply to your session on that date.<\/p>

4.3 VAT. All prices are exclusive of VAT (which is not chargeable unless we notify you otherwise). For<\/p>

clients based outside the UK, diaerent tax rules may apply and you are responsible for any taxes<\/p>

payable in your jurisdiction.<\/p>

4.4 Payment Terms for 1:1 Sessions and Programmes. Payment of our fees for 1:1 sessions and<\/p>

programmes is due in advance in order to secure your appointment or programme place. We will let<\/p>

you know when you make the appointment when the fee for that session will be due and payable.<\/p>

4.5 90-Day Reset Transformation Programme Payment Terms. The 90-Day Reset Transformation<\/p>

Programme fee of \u00a31,997 is payable in full before the programme commences, unless alternative<\/p>

payment arrangements have been agreed in writing. Once the programme has commenced, no<\/p>

refunds will be provided except as set out in clause 11.2 below.<\/p>

4.6 Payment Methods. You may pay us for Services (and for any deposit or other advance payment on<\/p>

account of that payment) using the bank details attached on our invoice.<\/p>

4.7 Interest. Chasing unpaid invoices attracts an administration and interest charge of 8% above the<\/p>

Bank of England base rate from the due date until the final settlement date. We may suspend the<\/p>

provision of our Services to you in the event that any due fees remain unpaid.<\/p>

5 Online Sessions<\/p>

5.1 Online Platform & Technology. Sessions may be provided online via a pre-agreed livestream service<\/p>

(for example Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp). When using a third-party supplier for online sessions, your<\/p>

personal and special category data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be<\/p>

subject to the privacy policy of the third-party supplier. We will not be liable to you for any costs or<\/p>

losses incurred by you as a result of using any third-party online provider for the purposes of<\/p>

attending a session virtually with us. You should make yourself familiar with such provider’s own<\/p>

terms and conditions and privacy policy.<\/p>

5.2 Livestream Timings. If we provide any of our Services as a livestream, we will use all reasonable<\/p>

endeavours to start at the time scheduled. If the start is delayed by circumstances beyond our<\/p>

control, we will not be liable for any such delay.<\/p>

5.3 Technical Issues & Service Suspension. In some limited circumstances, we may need to suspend<\/p>

the provision of an online session for one or more of the following reasons: (i) to fix technical<\/p>

problems or to make necessary technical changes; or (ii) in the event of illness or other<\/p>

circumstances beyond our control. If you are unable to complete the online session due to technical<\/p>

diaiculties on your side, you will not be entitled to a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure your<\/p>

tech is working suaiciently prior to the session commencing.<\/p>

5.4 International Clients. We may provide online sessions to clients located outside the United<\/p>

Kingdom. If you are based overseas:<\/p>

\u2022 Sessions will be conducted in English only.<\/p>

\u2022 You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate internet connectivity and that online<\/p>

sessions are legally permissible in your jurisdiction.<\/p>

\u2022 Payment must be made in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) and you are responsible for any<\/p>

currency conversion fees or international transaction charges.<\/p>

\u2022 Session times will be scheduled according to UK time (GMT\/BST) unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

\u2022 You acknowledge that our Services are provided from the United Kingdom and are regulated<\/p>

according to UK standards and professional bodies.<\/p>

6 Recording of Sessions<\/p>

6.1 Recording Purposes & Consent. We may occasionally record 1:1 sessions for quality assurance,<\/p>

professional development, training (with additional consent), or clinical supervision purposes. We<\/p>

will always seek your explicit written consent before recording any session. There is no expectation<\/p>

or requirement for you to agree to this. You have the right to refuse consent without this aaecting<\/p>

the Services provided to you.<\/p>

6.2 Group Sessions. Where we provide group sessions, workshops, or live stream events:<\/p>

\u2022 All participants will be asked to provide explicit consent to being recorded before the session<\/p>

begins;<\/p>

\u2022 Recordings may be made available for replay to registered participants for a limited period;<\/p>

\u2022 Participants must not make their own recordings of group sessions without written permission<\/p>

from us and all other participants;<\/p>

\u2022 Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of other attendees and must not share<\/p>

personal information disclosed by others; and<\/p>

\u2022 By participating in a group session, you acknowledge that other participants will see and hear<\/p>

you if you choose to participate actively.<\/p>

6.3 Client Recording Restrictions. You must not record any session without discussing and agreeing<\/p>

this with us first and obtaining our written consent. It is not permitted, under any circumstances,<\/p>

that any agreed recording is shared with others or on any social media platform. Unauthorised<\/p>

recording may result in immediate termination of Services.<\/p>

6.4 Safe Use of Recordings. Audio recordings must not be listened to while driving, operating<\/p>

machinery, or undertaking any activity requiring full concentration. You are responsible for ensuring<\/p>

recordings are used safely.<\/p>

6<\/p>

7 Cancellations<\/p>

7.1 Cooling-OV Period for 1:1 Sessions. You have a 14-day cooling-oa period from booking individual<\/p>

sessions, during which you can cancel without penalty. However, if your session is scheduled to<\/p>

begin within this 14-day period and you wish to proceed, you will lose your right to cancel without<\/p>

charge.<\/p>

7.2 Cancelling Individual Sessions. For cancellations of individual sessions made with fewer than 48<\/p>

hours’ notice, a full session charge will apply. Cancellations made with 48 to 72 hours’ notice will<\/p>

incur a charge of 50% of the session rate. Cancellations made with 72 hours’ or more notice will<\/p>

receive a full refund.<\/p>

7.3 Exceptional Circumstances. If, due to exceptional circumstances, you cancel an appointment<\/p>

without giving at least 48 hours’ prior notice, we will consider the circumstances and may, at our<\/p>

discretion, waive any charges.<\/p>

7.4 Cooling-OV Period for the 90-Day Reset Transformation Programme. You have a 14-day coolingo<\/p>

a period from the date of purchase. You may cancel and receive a full refund if you cancel within<\/p>

14 days and before the first session takes place. Once the programme has commenced (i.e., after<\/p>

the first session), no refunds will be provided except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.<\/p>

7.5 Digital Audio Products. Due to the nature of digital products, you may cancel your purchase within<\/p>

14 days only if you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product. Once downloaded or<\/p>

accessed, all sales are final. See Section 8 for full terms.<\/p>

7.6 Studio Cancellations. We may cancel an appointment at any time before the scheduled date if: (i)<\/p>

required personnel or materials are not available; or (ii) an event outside our reasonable control<\/p>

occurs. If we cancel, we will refund any advance payment you have made in full.<\/p>

7.7 Termination for Breach. If you breach these Terms and we terminate the Services as a result, you<\/p>

will not be entitled to a refund.<\/p>

8 Digital Audio Products – Terms of Sale<\/p>

8.1 Nature of Digital Products. Digital Audio Products are pre-recorded, self-guided personal<\/p>

development tools. They do not constitute personalised therapy or medical treatment and are<\/p>

provided for personal use only.<\/p>

8.2 Delivery. Digital products will be delivered electronically via download link or email within 24 hours<\/p>

of payment confirmation. You are responsible for downloading the product within the time period<\/p>

specified in the download link (typically 30 days).<\/p>

8.3 Refund Policy for Digital Products. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once you<\/p>

have accessed or downloaded the product. However, you have the right to cancel your purchase<\/p>

within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product. To exercise this<\/p>

right, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.<\/p>

8.4 Permitted Use. Digital Audio Products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You<\/p>

may (i) download and store the product on your personal devices; and (ii) use the product for your<\/p>

own personal development<\/p>

8.5 Prohibited Use. You may not (i) share, distribute, or make available the product to any third party;<\/p>

(ii) upload or share the product on any file-sharing platform, social media, or website; (iii) sell, rent,<\/p>

lease, or commercially exploit the product; (iv) modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the<\/p>

product; nor (iv) remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings.<\/p>

8.6 Intellectual Property. All Digital Audio Products and their content (including audio recordings,<\/p>

scripts, music, and any accompanying materials) and any personalised audio recordings created<\/p>

during 1:1 sessions or programmes are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property<\/p>

of HEALHQ Studio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the<\/p>

product for personal purposes only. You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or commercially<\/p>

exploit these recordings without our written consent.<\/p>

8.7 Breach of Terms. Any unauthorised use, distribution, or sharing of Digital Audio Products<\/p>

constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in (i) immediate termination of<\/p>

your licence to use the product; (ii) legal action for copyright infringement; and\/or (iii) claims for<\/p>

damages.<\/p>

8.8 No Guarantees for Digital Products. Digital Audio Products are provided “as is” without any<\/p>

guarantees of specific outcomes or results. Individual results may vary. These products are not a<\/p>

substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.<\/p>

9 Refund Policies<\/p>

9.1 Transformational Sessions. You are eligible to:<\/p>

\u2022 A full refund for cancellations with 72+ hours’ notice.<\/p>

\u2022 A 50% refund for cancellations with 48-72 hours’ notice.<\/p>

\u2022 No refund for cancellations with fewer than 48 hours’ notice.<\/p>

9.2 90-Day Reset Transformation Programme. You are eligible to:<\/p>

\u2022 Before programme commencement: Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of purchase<\/p>

and before the first session.<\/p>

\u2022 After programme commencement: No refunds except in exceptional circumstances at our<\/p>

discretion.<\/p>

10 Confidentiality<\/p>

10.1 Confidential Information. The information discussed in our sessions with you is of a confidential<\/p>

nature. We provide a safe space in which you can share your feelings and thoughts with us. We will<\/p>

ensure that any confidential information you disclose to us shall not be disclosed to any person<\/p>

except as permitted in this section.<\/p>

10.2 Permitted Disclosures. We may disclose confidential information relating to you:<\/p>

\u2022 to our employees, advisers, other healthcare professionals or social agencies who need to<\/p>

know such information for the purposes of carrying out our Services to you;<\/p>

\u2022 as may be required by law, a court of competent jurisdiction or any governmental or regulatory<\/p>

authority;<\/p>

\u2022 if we believe that you are at risk of harming yourself or others; or<\/p>

\u2022 where necessary for the prevention, detection or prosecution of serious crime.<\/p>

11 How We Use Your Personal Information (Data Protection)<\/p>

11.1 Privacy Policy. We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy on our<\/p>

website at www.healhqstudio.com<\/span>. If you do not have access to the internet we can provide you with<\/p>

a printed version of our Privacy Policy.<\/p>

8<\/p>

11.2 ICO Registration. We are registered as Data Controllers with the UK Information Commissioner’s<\/p>

Oaice (ICO) and our registration number is ZC093286.<\/p>

11.3 Overseas Clients. If you are located outside of the United Kingdom, your personal data will be<\/p>

processed in the UK. By engaging our Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your<\/p>

data in accordance with UK data protection laws.<\/p>

12 Liability<\/p>

12.1 Standard of Care. We will provide our Services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with<\/p>

professional standards.<\/p>

12.2 General Liability Principle. We will be responsible for any loss or damage you suaer that is a<\/p>

reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence, subject to the<\/p>

limitations set out in this section.<\/p>

12.3 Cap on Liability. Subject to clause 12.5 below, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising<\/p>

out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the provision of Services, whether in<\/p>

contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed:<\/p>

(a) For individual 1:1 Transformational Sessions: the fees paid by you for the specific session<\/p>

giving rise to the claim;<\/p>

(b) For the 90-Day Reset Transformation Programme: the total fees paid by you for that<\/p>

programme;<\/p>

(c) For Digital Audio Products: the price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim; or<\/p>

(d) In all other cases: \u00a3500.<\/p>

12.4 Excluded Losses. Subject to clause 12.5 below, we will not be liable to you for:<\/p>

(a) Any loss of income, profit, business, contracts, anticipated savings, or revenue;<\/p>

(b) Any loss of use or corruption of software, data, or information;<\/p>

(c) Any loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation;<\/p>

(d) Any indirect or consequential losses;<\/p>

(e) Any loss or damage arising from your failure to disclose relevant medical, psychiatric, or<\/p>

psychological information during your suitability assessment or at any time during our work<\/p>

together;<\/p>

(f) Any health outcomes, symptoms, or conditions arising from your participation in the<\/p>

Services, except where directly caused by our negligence;<\/p>

(g) Any loss or damage resulting from your use (or misuse) of personalised audio recordings or<\/p>

Digital Audio Products contrary to our instructions or these Terms and Conditions;<\/p>

(h) Any loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to thirdparty<\/p>

technology platforms, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events;<\/p>

(i) Any loss arising from decisions you make based on the Services, including decisions not to<\/p>

seek or to discontinue medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment; or<\/p>

(j) Any loss that could not reasonably have been expected when we agreed to provide Services<\/p>

to you.<\/p>

12.5 Liabilities That Cannot Be Limited. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our<\/p>

liability for:<\/p>

(a) Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;<\/p>

(b) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;<\/p>

(c) Breach of the implied terms about reasonable care and skill under section 49 of the<\/p>

12.6 Nature of Services and Outcomes. You acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>

(a) Personal transformation and personal development services involve a collaborative process<\/p>

between practitioner and client;<\/p>

(b) Outcomes and results vary significantly between individuals based on numerous factors<\/p>

including your engagement, commitment, circumstances, and individual characteristics;<\/p>

(c) While we are committed to providing professional, ethical support in accordance with<\/p>

established standards, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or<\/p>

timescales; and<\/p>

(d) Your progress depends substantially on factors within your own control.<\/p>

12.7 Medical Disclaimer and Your Responsibility. You acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>

(a) Our Services are not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment and are not a<\/p>

substitute for such treatment;<\/p>

(b) We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or medical condition;<\/p>

(c) You remain solely responsible for your own health and wellbeing and for seeking appropriate<\/p>

professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological care where needed;<\/p>

(d) You should not discontinue any medical or psychiatric treatment without consulting your<\/p>

healthcare provider;<\/p>

(e) If you choose to participate in our Services instead of, or as a complement to, medical<\/p>

treatment, you do so at your own risk; and<\/p>

(f) We are not liable for any health outcomes or consequences arising from your participation<\/p>

in the Services or your decisions regarding medical care.<\/p>

12.8 Your Consumer Rights. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other<\/p>

applicable consumer protection legislation are not aaected by these terms except to the extent<\/p>

permitted by law.<\/p>

12.9 Insurance. We maintain professional indemnity insurance appropriate to our Services. Details are<\/p>

available upon request.<\/p>

13 Changes to these Terms and Conditions<\/p>

13.1 We may from time to time change these Terms and Conditions without giving you notice, but we will<\/p>

use our reasonable endeavours to inform you as soon as is reasonably possible of any such change.<\/p>

14 Complaints<\/p>

14.1 We always welcome feedback from our clients and, whilst we shall use all reasonable endeavours<\/p>

to provide a high standard of service and care to all clients, we nevertheless want to hear from you if<\/p>

15 Testimonials<\/p>

15.1 Use of Testimonials. With your separate written consent, we may use feedback or testimonials you<\/p>

provide for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and promotional materials.<\/p>

15.2 Anonymity. You may choose to remain anonymous, use your first name only, initials only, or your full<\/p>

name. We will not include additional identifying information without your permission.<\/p>

15.3 What We Protect. We will never disclose in any testimonial: specific health information, the<\/p>

reasons you sought our Services, or session details.<\/p>

15.4 Voluntary and Withdrawable. Providing a testimonial is entirely voluntary and will not aaect the<\/p>

Services we provide. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us in writing, and we will<\/p>

remove your testimonial within 30 days from materials under our direct control.<\/p>

16 General<\/p>

16.1 Contact. If you need to contact us between sessions please do so by email or telephone. We do not<\/p>

provide support outside of sessions. Our working hours are Monday \u2013 Friday 9am-6pm. We aim to<\/p>

respond to emails\/voicemails within 24-48 hours.<\/p>

16.2 Waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that doesn’t mean we have waived it. If any part of<\/p>

these terms is found invalid, the rest still apply.<\/p>

16.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and<\/p>

supersede any prior discussions, correspondence, representations, or understandings relating to<\/p>

the Services.<\/p>

16.4 Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England &<\/p>

Wales and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.<\/p>

16.5 Consumer Rights. As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your<\/p>

country of residency. However, where there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and<\/p>

the mandatory provisions of your local law, you agree to notify us immediately so we can assess<\/p>

whether we are able to continue providing Services to you.<\/p>

17 Your Consent and Agreement.<\/p>

Why we need your consent and signature: Your signature confirms that you’ve read and<\/p>

I agree that you can collect, store and use my personal and health information to provide me<\/p>

with Services.<\/p>

This means we will keep notes about our sessions, your contact details, and any health information<\/p>

you share with us. We need this to provide you with the best possible support. We will keep this<\/p>

information safe and only use it for your work with us. You can read more about how we protect your<\/p>

information in our Privacy Policy.<\/p>

\u2610 Sharing Information When Necessary<\/p>

I agree that you can share my information with other professionals when needed for my care.<\/p>

Sometimes we may need to share some of your information with:<\/p>

\u2022 Other professionals (such as associates, your GP if you agree)<\/p>

\u2022 Our supervisors (who help us provide better care)<\/p>

\u2022 Companies that help us run our Studio (like our appointment booking system)<\/p>

\u2022 Authorities if we’re worried about your safety or someone else’s safety<\/p>

We will only share what’s necessary and everyone we share with must also keep your information<\/p>

confidential.<\/p>

\u2610 Information Storage Outside the UK<\/p>

I understand that sometimes my information might be stored on servers outside the UK.<\/p>

Some of the computer systems we use (like video calling platforms or appointment systems) may<\/p>

store information on servers in other countries. We only use trusted, secure systems and your<\/p>

information will still be protected according to UK data protection laws.<\/p>

\u2610 Digital Audio Products (only if applicable)<\/p>

I understand that Digital Audio Products are licensed for my personal, non-commercial use<\/p>

only and that I may not share, distribute, or commercially exploit these products. I understand<\/p>

that all sales are final once I have downloaded or accessed the product.<\/p>

\u2610 Recording of Sessions (only if applicable) I consent to sessions being recorded for quality<\/p>

assurance, supervision, and note-taking purposes as set out in Section 6. I understand recordings<\/p>

will be stored securely and retained for a maximum of 7 years. I understand I can withdraw this<\/p>
